1. How do I know my nail sizes?
Visit the Nail Sizing page to find instructions on how to measure your nails. Please be aware nail sizes vary depending on the brand and shape, so it is important to measure and give your sizes based on our sizing chart or kit. 
Measuring your nail too confusing or difficult? We offer a 'one size fits most' kit with most of our products. This kit comes with 2 pairs of each size. If you are in between size you may have to go with the bigger size and file it down. 
***Sizing kits are mailed on the business day after we receive the order, standard shipping is typically 3-14 business days***
2. How long before I get my custom Pressed On Time Designs set?
All designs are handmade by yours truly, depending on how many items are ordered and how high customer demands are it could take between 3 days to 3 weeks to complete your order. Additional days should be added for shipping. Shipping will vary based on the method selected at checkout. Orders are completed on a first come first serve basis. 
3. Lost packages or damaged items. 
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Although, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages please contact us with concerns and we will do our best to address them. If you save your set for later use and lose a nail, contact me and we will send a replacement nail for a small fee of $3 dollars per nail (may cost more if it has a detailed design)!
4. What kind of adhesive should I use? 
This is a personal preference. If you want your nails to last, please check out our how to apply page! Cuticle and nail prep is very important for a lasting bond. If you prefer no damage and one-day wear, try using adhesive tabs. Keep in mind if you properly maintain your Pressed On Time Designs Nails you can get multiple uses out of them! 
5. How long will my nails last?
How rough are you? Proper preparation is key, investing in a good nail glue or nail bond is also imperative. Depending on how much you work with your hands the nails could remain intact for 1 week to a month.
6. Returns, exchanges, and cancelations
Due to the nails being handmade we do not accept returns or exchanges after your order has been placed. This also includes order cancelations. We do strive to please or clients so contact us and we will see if we can work something out.
7. Why doesn't the color and/or design look EXACTLY like the picture?
Please keep in mind there might be slight variations in color due to lighting, skin tone, different batches of gel polish from the manufacturer, etc. Please also be aware there may be different options available for various sets. If you do not select one of the options your set will default to the finish and the price of the set in the photo. Due to the handmade nature of each set the design may slightly differ, if you are not satisfied, please contact me. I want you to love your nails and come back for more!

We are a small business open for online sales starting 1/1/2023. I strive to add to the collection weekly! With a focus on incorporating every possible celebration, I can creatively and respectfully put on nails.  
9. Convenience or gift kits
All the items provided are used at your discretion. They are there for your convenience and to show gratitude for your business. We are not responsible or liable for any reactions that may occur from usage. Please test on a small part of your nail/skin before usage. Nails will work with your trusted source of adhesive.
